- 01Yes, you can. If you have made a reservation by phone, LINE, or in person, please contact us by phone or LINE. If you need to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one. If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at least two hours before your visit. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests for time changes. Please note that cancellation fees may apply based on the cancellation policy.
- 02Please be sure to contact us in advance. We would appreciate it if you could make arrangements as much as possible to avoid inconvenience to other customers, but if this is absolutely not possible, please contact us by phone or LINE at least two hours before your visit. Please note that cancellation fees may apply based on the cancellation policy.
- 03Nothing in particular. Everything you need for whitening is included in the fee, so you can come empty-handed with just your wallet. There is no need to brush your teeth before coming, so feel free to come anytime, such as when you're out or after lunch. * Health insurance card is not required as insurance is not applicable. *If you are using a student discount plan, please bring your student ID.
- 04The journey takes about an hour. The first session will take approximately 90 minutes, including counseling. From the second visit onwards, no counselling is required, and as you become accustomed to the care, the treatment time will be shortened to around 50 to 60 minutes. The times vary slightly depending on the menu, so please check the times for each menu when making your online reservation.
- 05Either is fine. You can have your teeth brushed in the store when you visit, so there is no need for prior care. Of course, there is no problem if you brush your teeth at home before coming to our clinic. Everything you need, including toothbrushes, is included in the price, so feel free to come empty-handed, even if you're out and about or after lunch.
- 06It depends on the reservation situation. Please note that depending on the reservation situation and the number of staff available, you may need to inquire about bringing children to the store. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the store directly.
