About reservations and cancellations

Cancellation Policy

●If you need to cancel your reservation for unavoidable reasons, please be sure to contact us at least two hours before your arrival time.

If you cancel within 2 hours of your arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged.

If you cancel after the scheduled time or on the day without permission, you will be charged the full amount of the menu you have reserved.

●Please note that in the case of multiple-use tickets, the reserved multiple-use ticket will be treated as used up.

●If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, we may reduce the number of treatments you receive.

We ask for your cooperation in arriving on time.

●If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before opening, you will not be able to enter the store as it is still before opening time.

●Please arrive between 10 minutes before opening time and your reservation time.

*If you plan to arrive more than 10 minutes before your reservation time, please call us first.
